I was having an issue with two of my outlets in my kitchen area that are used on a daily basis. I sent in my request and within a day, Joe Ferro, the building maintenance man, got on it and fixed it. This is the norm when it comes to getting things fixed at Park Central. Thank you again Joe for the fast response.

Enjoy the courtyard and the building is pretty solid with nice fixtures. Always find parking within 200 ft.

I've lived in many places in Midtown and downtown KC and this is by far the best apartment I've ever had. Who thought living next to my bank would be so convenient. I'm a musician and entrepreneur so having that handy is wonderful. There are also two grocery stores, an amazing black-owned restaurant called Urban, pool, club house and so many more amenities I haven't gotten around to using. One of my biggest complaints with the previous apartment is the maintenance. My building receives top notch maintenance and I often times see them throughout the day in the common spaces. They've been wonderful so far. Parking is limited but welcome to the city! The Max line has a stop on the corner so if you're traveling north or south and don't drive or would rather ride, you're good to go. I'm excited for the pool parties and future tap takeovers by Vine Street Brewing Co.! Mac really did a wonderful job fostering community for Crosswalk residents. I'm shocked at how great my living situation is right now. I'll be living here as long as I can and would recommend this for anyone looking for the best of midtown.

Not really an idea just some shout outs for an awesome team/experience I had. The team that has been assisting me since January was great. Ayele was my main point of contact and his customer service was amazing. I had little questions here and there that he helped me with along with different members on staff. I was welcomed on move in day with a goodie package of what’s what and everything was explained so clearly by an awesome young man whose name I did not catch. I truly am so happy with the experience I had. I moved from Arizona and was going into this blindly, but Ayele and the team made everything so easy for me. Thank you Ayele and every member that helped me along the way in the offices. It was a great experience and I would do it all over again if needed. Keep up the great work. It has been a long time, but am more than happy with my new home.

Living in the Interstate Flats building has been a dream. One of the best reasons for living here is the fantastic maintenance professional, Armando. He does incredible work and is very respectful and nice. The world needs more Armandos!

Took a tour of this place with Alice and thought it looked great. Some of the items listed in previous reviews seem to have been taken care of. She answered all my questions and helped me understand everything.

I toured the Ricardo apartments and it was a good experience. I toured two other properties from different companies and this one felt the most comfortable and “home-y.” Gearey, the Leasing Consultant who gave me the tour, was courteous and knowledgeable. The apartment was clean and had everything you need, and the complex was quiet and peaceful. I had a great experience touring overall.

Other than the smell of recreational marijuana smell in hallways , it’s a good friendly place.

I would like to take a moment to say thank you, and let everyone know how much the work Darrell does is appreciated. Darrell is always on the move and cleaning up around my building. But nothing more exemplifies his hard work than when for several months our Single dumpster was overflowing daily. The trash collectors would come and empty the dumpster, but anything that fell out of the dumpster would just get blown up and down the street. Every day Darrell would work meticulously to pick up all of the spread out trash and put it back in the dumpster. When people would just set their bags of trash out by the dumpster (because it was full), animals would get into the trash, and Darrell would collect and put it in the dumpster with a smile. This went on for months and months. Now we have two dumpsters (as a result of Darrell's request) and that has alleviated some of the trash problem, but Darrell still makes sure everything that should be in a dumpster is. Having said all that, Darrell still finds the time to ask me every day how I’m doing and to say what’s up. Great man and MAC said be honored to have him on the team. Thank you very much it makes Living at Brownhardt all the better.

Armando is an excellent maintenance worker. He has a great attitude. He is efficient and patient. He is helpful and knowledgeable. He fixes all service order with precision and effectiveness. Thank you Armando!

Nicole was the sweetest leasing agent and gave us all the information we needed. She was very thorough when showing us the apartment. The apartment itself was absolutely amazing. The entire apartment complex was very clean and well maintained. The clubhouse and office building is also very clean and well maintained with a very nice gym downstairs. The lake is beautiful.. There is a playground With picnic tables and two very nice grills next to them and the playground is a little dog park. They are pet friendly, and everyone that we met in the office and current residents were all so very nice. The entire neighborhood is great and so very safe!!
