CP Lofts is an amazing place to live. I've lived here almost a year and have had very few issues. All of which were small maintenance issues which were fixed within a couple of days if not within the hour. I've never had an issue with parking or with crime. Crime does not have an address so no matter where you live there is always a risk. But I am very pleased with the quietness of this community. I live on the first floor and have never had an issue with theft on my patio or with "homeless people" as others have said. It's Kansas City, there are going to be homeless people anywhere and everywhere. Get over it! I am also very pleased with the cleanliness of the community! They keep the ground looking great and the hallways and corridors looking and smelling fresh constantly! The ONLY negative I have is the new management. When they received new management recently there was little to no warning and no way to contact the office unless by phone (which not every working person can do during business hours) because all e-mails and current systems were deleted. It was a very unorganized turnover and I blame the new management company for this. Not the staff for they had no control over this. Brandon, the manager, and Terrance the maintenance tech, are absolutely wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend CP Lofts! Great community for a great price!

If you like the river market / CP area, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Reasonable rate, decent apartments, and the management and maintenance are great! Brandon, the manager, seems to be here just about 7 days a week taking care of the property and has gone above and beyond for us many times.
