Old Townley really is an unbeatable location. The proximity to the River Market and access to the streetcar makes the entire downtown area walkable, plus the riverfront is a block away. The building is safe and secure and we absolutely love the atmosphere and community amongst the neighborhood residents. The staff for Unity Lofts have always been pleasant to work with and so so helpful with any issues that come up (shoutout to the maintenance tech Troy, he’s a rockstar!) Totally recommend living here.

I have lived here for over a year and I must commend the office staff/community manager Kaitlyn. She is on top of it! Anytime you tell her something she gets right on it. I knew someone who lived here prior to the current management and was told things were not good but that is no longer the case. Our elevator frequently goes down but Kaitlyn communicates to the residents right away and gets it taken care of right away!

Toby, with maintenance, somehow always ends up servicing me and it’s always amazing! When I had someone stay to make sure things were fixed he communicated fully with my guest and came back same day to fix my fire alarm.

I’ve been living here for a couple months and am very pleased. The building is secure and well maintained/cleaned. Amenities are small, but well maintained, and management is easy to get a hold of and friendly to work with. Happy to be living here and hope to stay for a long time!

Great staff, any maintenance I've requested have been handled promptly in a reasonable amount of time. I wish Mac Property have a higher review but it seems other reviews are based on unforeseen events, and then the review is magnified in great details with all horrible emotions included, but rarely do they mention how soon the problem were fixed or fixed at all. It's unfortunate we live in a world where bad news spread faster than good news.
