I have had many rentals in my past. I can honestly say that I absolutely love Mac. I can only speak for my building, but the two maintenance situations I have had have been delivered with promptly. One I put in on Saturday night and Sunday right after lunch they came and fixed it. And you can't beat the location! I'm a man 15 mom drive from anything in KC. My experience has been amazing so far.
