Just completed my move out inspection today, bitter sweet, I love this place, literally, style the aesthetics and the property manager and office workers were always nice, always amazing and always did everything they could to get whatever I needed done. If I ever decide to move back downtown, Unity Lofts will be my place of choice. Thanks for helping me experience a great 1st year in Kansas City, Missouri this place will always go down in history for me! First home in in Kansas City.

We love living at Old Townley Lofts There is almost no noise from other tenants and we have a spectacular view of the river. Im crazy in love with this place !!! My dog and I have lived here for 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier renters! The staff (Dominic, Kathryn and Kaitlin ) are very communicative and polite. They are willing to hear concerns and help figure them out. They make the place like a home! The river market is a safe, cozy , private place to be and although there are many people living here, it never feels crowded. There are rooms you can rent for parties, pool table, free coffee and lots of social events makes this place an amazing place to live 🫶🏽 The gym has everything you need to get a sensational workout ! Again , thank you for making my Fur Baby and I feel so at home . We love our place ♥️
