The Retreat at Tiffany Woods welcomes cats and dogs only. We do not allow caged animals or those requiring aquarium or heat lamp. Animals must not exceed a combined weight of 100lbs per apartment home. Animals may not be in the common areas of the community unless on a leash or an approved device based upon the animal’s certification and may be restricted from specific areas. The animal’s owners are responsible for cleaning up after the animal and for any damage done by the animal. Animals may not disturb the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the other residents. All animals must be in compliance with all state and local laws concerning animals. We do not allow aggressive animals of any type. *Pet deposit of $200 required at move-in, followed by a $20 monthly fee.

I LOVED living here. The only reason I moved was for a new job. The staff, especially Chelsea, are amazing. They interact with the tenants, know us by name and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and thorough. The property is quiet and neighbors are all nice. The clubhouse and pool are one of the best parts of the property. If you are looking for a new place to call home, you found it here.
