I have lived here for a couple years now and it is the perfect spot! I love the ability to walk to City Market. 531 does an amazing job making the residents feel comfortable with their communication, social gatherings, and (my favorite) complimentary coffee! You won’t regret living here.

I absolutely love my home at 531 Grand. I want to really highlight the staff running the building. The group of ladies in the leasing office are all just the nicest people to work with and they work really hard to help residence with anything they can. They also take the time to actually get to know the residence, making the place really feel like a home. The Maintenace guys are so hard working, friendly, and are so fast to respond to maintenance requests. The staff really go the extra mile to make living here so amazing. Plus, the different social events they throw for residents are actually much fun. The amenities are always clean and well maintained. I love the pool deck in the summer, it is definitely the place to be. Lastly, the people in the building are what makes living here so amazing. The community here is so diverse, making the building a great to meet new people. I highly recommend this community to anyone moving to Kansas City from out of town or just looking for a great place to live.
