Great apartments- very well maintained! Our apartment was repainted before we moved in and was in like-new condition. Maintenance staff is very responsive. The grounds are also well maintained; they just resealed and repainted all the paved areas. Residents are considerate of others- no problems with loud neighbors. You pay a premium rent but the Landing at Tiffany Springs is a premium apartment complex.

Large, well laid out floorplans with high ceilings & lots of extra storage space. Our leasing experience was excellent - all the folks in the office are professional and responsive, and went the extra mile to help answer questions, since we were out of town during our search. The few minor service requests we put in after move-in were handled quickly and easily. The facilities are clean and well-managed (clubhouse, gym, etc), and tenant communications are great. There is ample parking, the complex is quiet and clean, and there are a number of community events. Best apartment experience we've had, by far.
