I have lived in these apartments since 2017. Throughout the 6 years of being here if I’ve ever needed anything within reason I know I can go negotiate. Im not one to be late on rent but sometimes life happens and when it does I know I can go work something out with the late fees if I absolutely have to and they will work with me. I need some updating to my apartment and since I’ve been there so long and been a loyal and good resident they in turn have been nice enough to agree on a few terms which is why I continue to stay at woodland trace. Cassie has always done everything in her power to work with me and to get things done. There was a time I went through a really rough period and she went out of her way to help me through it which was way above and beyond her job description. I really appreciate her and feel she really does bring more value to this place just by being present in the office to assist people. Very personable and compassionate. I give Cassie 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you!

I moved in about a month ago and Yami was wonderful at my move in. She is very attentive at the needs of her tenants and works well to accommodate the needs! She is an amazing!!!
