Great place to live. Friendly staff, affordable rates. Great location. Downtown life doesn't appeal to everyone, but this is a great spot for those that love it. Can walk to most places. Been here 3 months. Heard a lot of complaints while moving in, but I've really enjoyed living here. If you prefer a more rural style of living, this is not the place for you.

I moved in February 1 and put in some work orders for things to be fixed. John put a new battery in my smoke alarm and Nathan checked the dishwasher and fixed the leak from the bathtub faucet and put a new valve on my radiator. I was impressed by how quickly all these problems were addressed.
