Wow… where to start?!? We have signed here for a second year and I just have to braggg!!! This apartment complex is through and through the BEST I’ve ever lived in. (I’ve been moving around almost every year for my career) We moved from Overland Park with high expectations and they were met & exceeded!!! The manager is SO kind, along with the entire staff they have. It’s like living in a little dream world full of safety, a beautiful community & peace. Recommend anyone to live here if they want the best the Northland has to offer!

We have been living here for a year, and couldn’t be happier. This place truly stands out for several reasons:
First and foremost, the amenities here are top-notch. The pool is a gem—always sparkling clean and perfectly maintained, providing a refreshing escape on hot days, along with access to grills all year long. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines and has a clean, inviting atmosphere that makes working out a pleasure rather than a chore.
The grounds are meticulously groomed, creating a beautiful and serene environment that makes coming home a delight. The landscaping is always neat and thoughtfully designed, contributing its overall charm and appeal.
Secondly, the exceptional maintenance team is incredibly responsive, professional, and skilled. Whether it’s a minor repair or a larger issue, they address concerns promptly and with a high level of expertise, making sure everything is in perfect working order.
Lastly, the front office staff is always inviting and ready to help you get settled in or solve problems. They have always been professional, fair and accommodating. Unfortunately, there will always be tenants that are not happy with living here, but their unhappiness is usually brought on by their own actions, or lack there of. This is a “seasoned” community of tenants who know that they have it good here. It’s the first time renting an apartment, and I can truly say it feels like home. Highly recommended!

We are not actually moved into our apartment yet even though we had had it since September 10. We worked with Sarah from the front office and she was wonderful with us from the word go. We are very visual people so we had been to the apartment several times before we ever signed the lease. We are in the process of building a home so we only need the apartment for short while but we can tell already that we Will be in a wonderful place !
