I like the new team and Tom is wonderful too. I moved in Nov 2017 the manager at that time was definitely rude and the two ppl that were nice were replaced. I like the new manager she’s helpful with her agents and she comes out of her office instead of hiding. Angel is the best! She always answers any questions or concerns I have promptly. The maintenance team is prompt with any repairs as well! The new team and Tom has continued to make this property a great place to live! I also like how they turned the desk to face you when you walk in. It’s very welcoming!

Reserve at south pointe is the best place I have been so far. I like the community, the town house are spacious and the management is doing such a great job. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for anew apartment. Never hadid any issue since I moved in last may 2017 and still love every bit of it. I was kind of anxious when I was coming due to the past review, but I didnt regret following my instinct. Great place great management.
