Excellent Crossroads location, just 2.5 blocks away from a street car stop. There’s a couple of different vibes throughout the building - the 2nd and 3rd floors have some industrial features with tall concrete ceilings where the 4th and 5th floors have a perfectly polished vibe and private balconies. I’m a fan of the in unit laundry, eco bee smart thermostat, and storage space in the kitchen. Be sure to check out the fitness center on the 1st floor and the outdoor space on the 4th floor.

Great location. Extremely walkable. The terrace is great common space for having a drink with friends, or pre-gaming for First Friday. Super cool downtown living, and I have to say that the management is very attentive and maintenance is usually super quick to address any issues.
