The front and back door to the building have coded locks on them and gated entry. Upon walking in you are in the common area/staircase. This unit is on the first floor and there are about 5 stairs to get to the level. Once inside the unit you are in a spacious living room that has an open concept straight into the kitchen. French doors will lead you out onto the sun porch that is lined with windows and creates a great open air space for you to enjoy privately. Down the hall are the two bedrooms with the bathroom in the middle. The original hard wood floors are throughout the unit except in the sun room area that is concrete. There is a gated back porch that has seating, gas fire pit and a grill for anyone in the building to use. Each unit in the building have their own stacked washer and dryer in the unit and we maintain those machines for you if they were ever to break. Additional information: *There is a one time $100 admin fee due prior to moving in *There is an additional $50 per person added to the rent for utilities included, tenant only puts electric in their name. *Pets are welcome for an additional $50 added to the monthly rent per pet, as well as a one time $250 fee. 2 pet limit and 60 lb weight limit *No smoking inside the unit, must keep exterior clean of cigarettes and trash. *All units are google fiber ready Qualifications: *Must make 3x the monthly rent in gross household income *No evictions within the past 5 years *No felonies within the past 10 years *At least 3 years good rental history
