This unit is on the first floor and there are about 5 stairs to get to the level. Once inside the unit you are in a spacious living room that has an open concept straight into the kitchen. French doors will lead you out onto the sun porch that is lined with windows and creates a great open air space for you to enjoy privately. Down the hall are the two bedrooms with the bathroom in the middle. The original hard wood floors are throughout the unit except in the sun room area that is concrete. There is a gated back porch that has seating, gas fire pit and a grill for anyone in the building to use. Each unit in the building have their own stacked washer and dryer in the unit and we maintain those machines for you if they were ever to break.
