The apartment has its own private entrance. You'll be just blocks from the famed Chestnut Street shopping and entertainment/dining scene and blocks from the beach, the Marina Green, Crissy Field, the Golden Gate Bridge, The Presidio and the Palace of Fine Arts. Furnished OR unfurnished options available. Great space remodeled with upscale finishes. French doors open up to the private garden patio. Washer and dryer is not shared with other units but is located in the garage, just off of the unit. Street parking. Gas/Electricity included and Trash/Water/Internet is billed through a ratio utility billing system based on occupancy. The building was built in the 1930's and has all the charm that comes with that. Please note this apartment may not be an ideal fit for renters who are very sensitive to noise and/or are a light sleeper, as the walls are thin considering it's an older San Francisco apartment.
