The apartments are very nicely renovated. The staff from the leasing office to the maintenance crew are extremely nice and caring.
The Cove is not just a place to live but a family. The events are all so fun and well thought out.
Dont forget to check out the private beach!! Its spectacular!!
My wife and I moved to The Cove in July 2023 after living in 4 different neighborhoods of San Francisco. It's the best apartment we have lived in. Nice neighbors, great amenities, and awesome events. Easy access to the freeway if you're a commuter, also feels safe and clean. Very dog friendly, multiple bayside walking paths nearby and other dogs around. The management group is approachable and accommodating wherever possible. I highly recommend The Cove.
Hey, Everyone, I live here from 2019, when I moved to the US with my family and I am very excited with everything. The members of the community are very positive, polite and supportive. Everyone is trying to help I feel like the level of the services is very high. We have here a clubhouse with an amazing fireplace, kitchen facilities, 3 swimming pools, coworking areas and a gym. Iam in love with my apartment the height of the ceiling is so good, so spacious inside and comfortable!!!! Frankly speaking, Here in “ The Cove” I live my best life!!! Highly recommended apartments and great services!!!

The Cove is more than the place to live, it is a home & where the community thrives, it is where friendship is built can't recommend it any more.
I have lived in The Cove now more than 2 years and I am still impressed by management and services provided. The response time for maintenance service is amazing and never had to wait for anything. It is an extremely well-maintained property.

The Cove in Tiburon is more than a. place to live - it is a true community. Not only are you in one of the most beautiful places in the world, but it is also convenient for commuting and access to everything in Marin. The monthly events bring people together creating connections and community. Live music twice a month, food trucks, weekly exercise, art shows, cooking classes, movie nights. The staff is stellar and the neighbors are diverse. You won't regret time spent at the Cove. Talk to Sabrina, the leasing agent!

The Cove apartment complex truly understands what makes an exceptional living experience. They have a professional team dedicated to creating a wonderful home for residents. The staff members are responsive, friendly, and a delight to interact with.
The maintenance team deserves particular praise - they are amazing. The complex is always well-maintained and clean. If any repair is needed, the maintenance crew responds right away. They have an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the apartments and address issues immediately while minimizing disruption to residents.
With its waterfront location, pet-friendly policies, nice apartments, and modern appliances, The Cove already provides an ideal living situation. However, the dedicated team goes above and beyond to elevate the experience for every resident and truly sets The Cove apart.

The Cove is truly the best place ever to live. The units, amenities, location, and Cove team are all exceptional - it really is resort-style living. The comfortable, peaceful ambiance throughout the property is top notch and makes this such a relaxing place to be day in and day out. We've lived here for 3+ years and have loved pretty much every moment of it. Whenever there have been issues, the Cove team is extremely communicative and quick to help resolve it for you. Shoutout to all of the team members we've worked with, including Arnie (and his entire team), Sabrina, Courtney, and Jessica.

Seriously the BEST place to live! The units are beautiful and right on the Marina with very close access to beautiful hikes, the ocean, and the city. The management team, especially Sabrina, Courtney, and Arnie, are so helpful and attentive and really make this place special. There are so many amenities, we really feel like we're on vacation living here! Can't recommend this place enough and so happy we are living here!
