I highly recommend Bell Mt. Tam! The location is unbeatable and the team is excellent — they work really hard and truly seem to care. A special shout out to Julio, who checked in to make sure my maintenance needs were met before he went home today! He’s always super responsive, helpful and upbeat. And kudos to our terrific manager Tom, who came on board when things were somewhat chaotic. He smoothed out all the wrinkles, including an organized mailroom! Thank you! For a 180-unit complex, the staff is lean, so their dedication is all the more impressive. The amenities are terrific, and the location is great — close to the freeway, bike path, shopping, conveniences, and with dramatic views of Mt. Tam! I love living here!

Bell Mt.Tam is a fantastic place for our kids and Family. The school district is excellent. The new management team at Bell Mt.Tam is impressive! They are taking care of the Residents. We have been enjoy living here. Jody’s Family
