I highly recommend Bell Mt. Tam! The location is unbeatable and the team is excellent — they work really hard and truly seem to care. A special shout out to Julio, who checked in to make sure my maintenance needs were met before he went home today! He’s always super responsive, helpful and upbeat. And kudos to our terrific manager Tom, who came on board when things were somewhat chaotic. He smoothed out all the wrinkles, including an organized mailroom! Thank you!
For a 180-unit complex, the staff is lean, so their dedication is all the more impressive. The amenities are terrific, and the location is great — close to the freeway, bike path, shopping, conveniences, and with dramatic views of Mt. Tam! I love living here!
Bell Mt.Tam is a fantastic place for our kids and Family. The school district is excellent. The new management team at Bell Mt.Tam is impressive！ They are taking care of the Residents. We have been enjoy living here.

Just moved into my new apartment. It’s a 1 bedroom at Bell Mt. Tam. So far I just wanted anyone who is looking for a place to know that Maintenance, (Kudos to Nick!) has been incredible. (Julio was right there, also..)
Being used to waiting a long period of time for answers, and even longer waits for solutions, I’ve been really amazed at the accessibility and knowledge that the maintenance crew has displayed.
Nothing but professionalism and a positive work ethic from them. The design is really unique, and having even the smallest worry put to rest and fixed, has made my move much less stressful.
Can’t say enough nice things about the staff and their attitude. It’s a very communal place and the staff means what they say. Thanks, guys!
This property is awesome, great location and honestly a very nice management. Domingo the maintenance guy filled in for Nick to help us out with our sink. He was very nice to our dog and fixed it in a timely manner. Thank you so much for the help. We are also really sad nick is leaving we really like him he was awesome.

Julio on the maintenances team from Bell Partners is an excellent worker, VERY HELPFUL and efficient he really resolves problem so quickly. Besides that is very kind cute man!!! Those kind of workers made us feel satisfied. Muchas Gracias Julio :) 💯👏🏻

I really want to take this opportunity to thank Maintenance Technician Julio, who came fully prepared with the right tools and cleaning materials, and his knowledge of the refrigerator. Basically the freezer section was full of crystalized ice, and in about 30 minutes he completely cleaned up the ice and find the source of the problem being a sensor. Then he put the food packages back in an orderly manner. It looked like a new refrigerator. He also provided instructions so the icing problem would not occur again. I might note that whenever I've requested an apartment maintenance issue, He, or Adrian, and Luis usually come the same day or the next morning. Again, what most impresses me about Julio, is how prepared he is, and knowledgeable he is about each of the Apartment's systems. Heating, Electrical, Lighting and others.

1. Excellence location: Best of both the worlds access to nature with close proximity to shops
2. The maintenance team: Nic and Julio have been fantastic. They take great care of the facility, Nic in particular has been very thorough in maintaining our swimming pool to great standards, also he has been prompt to respond to service requests. Though I feel the workload of the maintenance team is very high considering the in & out moves and repair/maintenance activities on the site
3. Sense of community: This building apartment complex allows for a sense of community, we often get together as a group of neighbors in the common areas - lounge, barbecue area, around the fire place or terrace. Its just been wonderful.
