I have been living here for almost a year and it has been a great experience. Mgmt. is quick in responding and you'll rarely wait for any significant period of time for maintenance requests. The building is also conveniently located to Polk St. and North Beach as well as various concert venues. Great place to be!

I have respect for Management of this Property. Efficient in responding to any problems within the Property. Clean and tenants are helpful and quiet. My plus is the view of the GGB, Sausalito and other parts of the City. I would highly recommend leasing apartment from this Property Management.
