When looking for an apartment, management is super important. Because of Lily, I wanted to come back and sign the apartment lease. It gives me comfort to know that management is responsive and helpful, in addition to how pretty the apartment already looks. In my current state, still deciding if I want to live here because the unit I want is already taken. He sells apartments for 1075 then a couple months later raise it by 400-500 for a mold ridden, cockroach infested, termite eaten, apartments with cracked walls and violent tweakers staying in the car port. Not safe at all and needs to be condemned before another person gets hurt.
