This place is disgusting and hazardous. Sewer flies everywhere. Poop urine and hair covering all toiletes and showers. Bugs EVERYWHERE. The homeless population comes and goes as they please. Paper thin walls and rooms less thsn 200 square feet. I tried to ask basic questions politely after trying to talk to a human for years and the manager agatha was hostile and rude!! Like.. really really dismissive no matter how polite i was.. us poor people got problems again i guess! After a whole year of trying to talk to a person!!! She was just short of cursing me out because i was concerned over loosing acces to the building over all the break in attempts breaking the lock!!!! You think its frustrating listening to customer questions!?! Well try not having access to the building constantly due to break in attempts.. Having to take bleach latex gloves and a mask to the bathroom EVERYTIME i need to use it, so i can clean up others blood feces urine and hair! Imagine how frustrating it is to live in a box, with the only heating control that only turns on at the BUILDINGS discretion, being innodated with horrific sounds smells and bugs.. To not have maintenance issues sorted for months if at all! HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE HELP LINE! Get tagged with fees and charges with no explanation discussion or even warning! You put up with all that for a year. Try and fail for a year to call someone for just a few answers and when you finally get through, they just get upset and combatitive with you BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE TO CARE!! This building is trash and to them all the residents are too who have no other choice and so lesser means of gerring HUMANE treatment. BE WARNED! They let anyone move here as long as they pay, crime noise and other terrible things are rampant! You will recieve no help.. you will have to find other places to sleep some nights because the noise is so bad!! You will have to shower at the YMCA because the smell of urine in the shower is so overpowering! You will need to wear a mask to walk the halls to your room because there is no air circulation! All the bathroom windows are nailed shut!!! There is no building heating, you are in real danger during the winter.. Only move here if you have no choice, and an escape plan.. This should be illegal.
