AVOID THIS PROPERTY! As of 2024 they fixed the fire alarm, but they put in camera the mail room and many tenants decided to put in door cameras. They really need to refinish the floors and have someone clean on some kind of regular schedule. The hardwood floors are constantly dirty and the carpeting is peeling up from the staircase. Additionally, when I moved out they tried to charge me fees not disclosed in the original lease agreement. The management company (Peak Living Property Services) is greedy and dishonest.
