We have lived at the Charbern for over two years now and have loved it. Our one bedroom apartment lets in a lot of sunlight and the closet space is great. Our favorite part though is the kitchen space! It is located in a great spot in Cap Hill. James, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. He is very approachable and great at communicating with the residents. He goes all out for decorating the lobby for the different holidays!! Overall a friendly and safe apartment community.

The Charbern is an amazing place to call home! Every single resident is genuine and a true joy to be around. I had the pleasure of managing Charbern for little over a year and will truly miss everyone there. A concrete / brick construction from 1926 and hands down the most attractive building on the block! Package lockers for convenient 24hr access, spacious studios, 1 & 2brs, huge walk in closets, and gorgeous original hardwood floors are just a few features that stand out. Although I am no longer able to call this brick beauty my baby any longer, it sure was fun while it lasted! Yours truly, James Ware ❤
