This was my first home in Seattle. It's in the safer, quieter part of cap hill with everything still accessible. My unit was like an L shape which separated the kitchen from the "bedroom/living room." It's a small space, so the murphy bed also doubled as a mini seating area when you pull it up, very convenient for people moving across states. I thought my response time was reasonable and if it were up to me, I'd renew again. (boyfriend wanted bigger space).

I just moved in to Harvard and while I was leary of the other reviews I was looking for a pet friendly location with W/D and D/W in the unit. I was very impressed by the new management that started in April right after I moved in and their responsiveness to all my questions about my move-in. My unit is spacious for a studio and definitely going to be hanging out on the roof top this summer, using the grill and taking in the view of lake union and the hill.
