The Randolph features gorgeous hardwood floors, spacious units, and old-world charm. Some of the units have great views of downtown and the Space Needle. The vintage elevator is a reminder of the days gone by. This unit is on the 3rd floor and faces East overlooking 13th Ave. It receives great natural light throughout the day and oozes plenty of charm with much of the original wood work intact. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. Unit 208 is situated on the South side of the building but has windows that face East and West which receive lovely natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout, new vinyl in the kitchen, and original tile flooring in the bathroom. There are several closets for storage including a sizeable walk-in closet. Enjoy the view of downtown from the breakfast nook in the kitchen. There is a $100 water, sewer, garbage fee per month. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. A secure garage may be available for $150/month.
