The Randolph features gorgeous hardwood floors, spacious units, and old-world charm. Some units have great views of downtown and the Space Needle. This gorgeous studio faces West and receives great natural light as well as a pleasant view of downtown. We are offering this unit on a 12-month Lease term with a 2 week rent concession. There is a $75 water, sewer, garbage fee per month. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1,000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
