Re: Maintenance I had an issue with my lock to my apartment. It was early morning on a Tuesday before work and they were able to get out and fix it before noon which was awesome. Not only were they able to fix it so quickly, but they also were supportive in letting my partner (who isn't on the lease) be the one to accept the help when it arrived.

I want to write a review about Lily Holiday, the realtor I met in regards to Pike Flat's apartment. Lily is one of the nicest, most patient, and helpful realtor I have ever met. When looking for an apartment, management is super important. Because of Lily, I wanted to come back and sign the apartment lease. It gives me comfort to know that management is responsive and helpful, in addition to how pretty the apartment already looks. In my current state, still deciding if I want to live here because the unit I want is already taken. Just wanted to write a review mostly for LilyHoliday in regards to what management should be for all apartments in Seattle.
