I’ve lived here since 2022 and I’m so glad this was where I chose to live in the city! The building team is great, Mark is so helpful and kind. It’s a short walk to multiple gyms/studios, bars and restaurants. The surrounding blocks are residential and quiet but it’s very easy to get onto I-5 compared to other places in Seattle. I was worried about being so close to the freeway but you don’t hear any of the noise from inside the building as they made sure to install quality sound proof windows. The common spaces are well maintained and the rooftop views are unbeatable!
