About the Unit: This spacious 4th-floor apartment is above Montana's Bar in this beautiful vintage building. It features brand-new plumbing, steam heat, and on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. Please note that since it is directly above the bar, the unit is ideal for an individual who works nights or doesn’t mind the noise from the lively atmosphere below. Please Note: Our current elevator is older and may experience occasional downtime. However, we address these issues promptly by scheduling repairs. In the meantime, there are two accessible stairwells available for use at any time. We are also planning to upgrade to a new elevator system within the next year to enhance convenience and reliability for our residents.
