I have been lucky enough to call the Burlingame my home for about 4 years now and it's been just a wonderful experience to see how far this building has come. When moving in in 2014 it was definitely rocky, there was definite approvement that needed to be done but when the current building manager stepped in, everything got taken care of in a swiftly manner. The views are amazing if you're lucky enough to get an apartment facing south. The noise levels are fairly high on the weekends, but due to location there's not much you should suspect. Each apartment per floor has there very own unique design that's super cute and quaint. In addition, the building manager we have is firm but incredibly fair and has made this building more then it has been in years. 5/5
