I’ve lived at the heights for a few months now and I very much enjoy it here. We moved from another Equity property and while our move in had some hiccups due to it being during a change in management we have enjoyed our time here! While yes there are a lot of noises outside at night that is the reality of living right above a bar and in the city the noises don’t bother me too much. The new leasing team has been very kind and helpful. The rooftop has a beautiful view and is a nice hangout spot. I love how close the location is to public transportation so it is very easy to get around. We can occasionally hear light footsteps from the unit above but it’s never loud enough to bother us and we haven’t heard anything else from any of the other units. Overall I am very content living here and if you can get past the noises outside at night I would very much recommend The Heights.

We have been living at the heights now for approximately three years and we love it. Many may complain about the noise and such, but please be mindful that we are in one of the most dense and lively neighborhoods in Seattle. Whenever I have had a problem, they were quick to fix it. Justin is great and so are the managers. They have always been super nice to us. They have a gorgeous rooftop deck and are conveniently located next to a lot of public transit options and restaurants and bars. I highly recommend the heights on capitol hill!
