I had a great experience living here. Cozy and cute apartments. The closet space was amazing. The office manager Cassandra is helpful and responds to emails promptly. Each time I’ve entered a maintenance request it has been taken care of same day. If you own a car I’d recommend renting a garage space from Union Bay apartments, which is next door. The spots are cheaper than the parking lot in the back of the building which is managed by Diamond Parking. Cons: the location is great and I loved being able to walk everywhere. With that said, you do hear i5 noise. In my unit it was only noticeable when I opened all of the windows in the summer.
