This was my last apartment before owning and I am so sad to go! Jenelle is by far the best manager I have ever met! She’s tentative and kind. Plus she gave me balloons for my birthday! She also decorated for the holidays which makes her a keeper! Also I can’t give all the credit to her but majority! Paulo the matinence manager is awesome! There’s not a thing that goes wrong he doesn’t take care of quickly. Stockbridge apartments are awesome and I would highly suggest renting an apartment there!!!

Seriously the most charming, welcoming, and beautifully maintained building in First Hill and Capitol Hill. I lived here seven years (my first apartment in Seattle as a newly independent 20-something), and then bought a condo in Eastlake. I never stopped missing the Stockbridge, so less than 4 years later I sold the condo and moved back into the Stockbridge! The BEST part of this building is Janelle and I was absolutely thrilled she was still here. Best building manager EVER. She really cares, makes the building and every unit feel like home with her hard work and special touch, is super on top of everything, brings positive energy, and is amazing at making the Stockbridge the classic gem that it is! I also adore Paulo the maintenance man, who’s very speedy and equally delightful. When I saw them both greet me in the lobby my first day back I truly felt home. I’m a Stockbridge lifer as long as they’re here.
