We lived here for 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say about Ivorywood. Loved how kind and helpful the staff was. Great location - right next to the Burke Gilman Trail and Yakima Fruit Market. It’s a safe community & clean property, loved the fall colors too. Highly recommend!
I moved cross-country from Tennessee to Washington, and this couldn't have been a better experience! They offered a live video tour of the apartment - even showing me multiple units - and answered all of my questions in a very honest and thorough way. They have smart locks on the doors, so I was able to move in late at night with no issues! The area is in the perfect location — tucked away into trees without all that traffic noise, but close enough to everything you could ever want to do (farmers market, Seattle downtown, thrift shops) — and the staff are friendly and responsive! I couldn’t recommend Ivorywood more.

The wife and I lived in Ivorywood for 2 years and loved the time there. The place is moderately placed and very safe. The neighborhood is usually very quiet and is in walking distance to a great trail that leads to a gorgeous lake. The maintenance guys came right over if you had an issue and needed something resolved. The leasing office did a great job with communicating construction, property cleaning, etc days before. The location is also great because you're in a nice area but only about 20-25 minutes from the clubs downtown.
I highly recommend this apartment complex and I would still live there if I didn't leave WA. 10 out of 10.

My parents and I lived here 9 years ago. Now my husband and I have moved back and we can’t stop saying how happy we are. This two bedroom and one bathroom truly feels like “home” for us.
Our move was easy from leasing to the move in day, the apartment looked very clean and inviting, and the community is as quiet and green as I remember. Immense thank you to Jonathan and Sarah and the service team for making our new home so wonderful.
Side note: I would greatly recommend the homes with garages below if you have several cars. The garage is much bigger than we hoped for and is a major convenience we missed in our previous mid rise location!
I’m moving out of this apartment after a wonderful experience living here. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The condominium is always clean, organized, and feels very safe, which made living here such a pleasant experience.
I want to especially highlight the office staff—they are exceptional! Always professional, kind, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their efficiency and warm attitude made everything, from maintenance requests to general inquiries, so easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication to making this place feel like home.
I’m sad to leave but grateful for the time I spent here. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Living at Ivorywood has been by far the best renting experience I've had, with great customer service from my initial tour through the move-out. The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues that might arise. I stayed in a top-floor unit which was recently remodeled and was impressed by the high-quality fixtures and spaciousness.The complex is usually very quiet and parking fees are relatively affordable. Generally it feels very family friendly and safe, plus it's close to great food in downtown Bothell and various activities (library, Burke Gilman Trail, etc.). I'd highly recommend Ivorywood if you're looking for a relatively affordable place in Bothell. It's definitely worth the price for peace of mind and overall quality of living.
We moved here from out of state, only reading Google reviews and never having seen the grounds, and I'm so glad we did! The apartment complex is beautiful, well-maintained, safe and each apartment is very spacious! We currently live in a 1st floor apartment, and I never hear neighbors talking or their TVs. The most I've heard is occasional light footsteps, (and this was our same experience with our other first-floor apartment here). The management is super friendly, helpful, and very accessible if issues arise with appliances and such, and we’ve loved living here.
The grounds are extremely child and dog friendly with lots of fun amenities, but even with all the dogs around, the grounds are immaculately maintained: I never found a poop on the ground, and we walked our dog around the grounds 3-5 times a day.
It had immediate access to Bothell Way/522, with incredibly close freeway entrances North and South, making commuting easy. Overall, I would highly recommend for everyone, especially young families!
