If you are going to be working at Amazon, Fred Hutchinson, Cancer Care or anywhere in the general downtown north end- capital hill, south lake union, bell town, pike/pine, Mercer, Eastlake, uw, etc. This is a great place to live, quiet believe it or not for its location and spacious. Tons of closet space, hardwood floors, full kitchen and bath. Old school nice studios and classic one bedrooms- I have been in both. Laundry room uses pay range app instead of quarters. Manager & maintenance are responsive and awesome too!!
The property manager is amazing, maintenance requests are fixed right away often next day, the rent is reasonable, the inside of the apartment unit is very nice and new, no issues. The actual building is old, from maybe the early 1900s I think, but it's well taken care of. I've had bad experiences with landlords in the past, but this place is really great, glad I found it.
Darcy is just the best property manager! She is always so willing to help and quick to resolve any issues that pop up. I only had great experiences with her when I rented at Paul Revere and continue to have great experiences now that I rent at Carolina Courts.
The apartments have a good layout and the small gym on site has everything I need. It's right beside the laundry room so it's easy to squeeze in a workout while doing laundry. The neighborhood is nice with nearby restaurants, whole foods, and Lake Union.

I have enjoyed my time at Carolina Courts. We have large closet spaces and are close by to transit stops. Darcy and Sean are both great at addressing any concerns we have.
Carolina Court was a very comfy place to live. I enjoyed the well-maintained garden/green space at the entrance, the new gym, and the modern laundry facilities. The newest building manager was also extremely kind and pleasant to work with. I initially chose to live in Carolina Court because it offered the most affordable rent out of anywhere in SLU, and for the price, it exceeded my expectations and was a very enjoyable experience. Only negative thing about Carolina Court is that it is located near busy roads, and it can be loud when buses or motorcycles pass by. However, that is just part of living in a busy neighborhood. Would highly recommend looking at Carolina Court
I had a great experience living here. Cozy and cute apartments. The closet space was amazing. The office manager Cassandra is helpful and responds to emails promptly. Each time I’ve entered a maintenance request it has been taken care of same day. If you own a car I’d recommend renting a garage space from Union Bay apartments, which is next door. The spots are cheaper than the parking lot in the back of the building which is managed by Diamond Parking.
Cons: the location is great and I loved being able to walk everywhere. With that said, you do hear i5 noise. In my unit it was only noticeable when I opened all of the windows in the summer.
I have a great experience living here so far. Each time I’ve entered a maintenance request it has been taken care of same day. Lots of closet space and fun apartments! The office staff is friendly and helpful

So I moved to Seattle from Kansas City mid-pandemic, in Fall 2020, and since I had made a move similar in distance and magnitude already once before in my life, I was expecting x-y-z challenges associated with it, chief among which: finding a suitable new living arrangement.
To be honest, I had looked around at 5-6 other places in Seattle, but none of them really stood out to me. Until I came across Carolina Court! What made it an easy decision for me was the property management staff there, in particular, Cassandra, because she's so personable and welcoming and oftentimes goes out of her way to help. Throughout my first year there, I could easily tell that she enjoys her role in the apartment community, and it continually surfaced in her performance, especially with timely responses.
The reason this place deserves five (or six) stars is not only because of its central location in the city (which helps if you're new there), or even how well the property has been maintained over the years, but because of the staffing there who help bring the place to life! My studio was more than spacious enough for me, with two generously-sized walk-in closets and a small, but full kitchen stocked with new, shiny appliances!
I really enjoyed living here!
