After much searching and thought, we decided on living at Villa Medici apartments in Overland Park. What a great decision that ended up being. The neighborhood style community, with walking paths, pool/grill area and workout facilities were just a few of the reasons it was a great experience. The grounds and apartment hallways/entry ways are maintained impeccably. The maintenance staff when needed arrived promptly to fix any issue (if which there were only a few problems) and always were timely, courteous and professional. The office staff, Alice and JJ were wonderful to work with. Hands down a 10/10 experience. We highly recommend!

My wife and I lived in Carson Street Towers for two years. Overall it was a great place to live. They changed management going into our second year and it was an improvement. Some of the more negative things that other reviewers mention are true. They typically put your modem in a locked community closet which you’ll need a key to access. My understanding is you can talk to your provider during install and they’ll put it in your apartment. Yes, the little pool is in the parking lot. That happened during the prior management. People leave trash and don’t generally take care of the property. This is not management’s fault. People are idiots and have no respect for anything. It’s frustrating, but management has done their best to handle it. Also, just like every other business, they are understaffed. Overall, this is a great place to live. If you want a very nice apartment at a good price that is incredibly convenient, this is a good spot.
