I lived at Villa Medici for the past year before relocating to California. It was a much needed respite from the prior year I had had, selling a house and relocating. VM is a very quiet, peaceful place filled with the friendliest neighbors. As far as renting goes, it is the best place I've ever lived. The management is responsive and friendly and the maintenance guys are great. Sure, the place is a little dated, but they're currently renovating many of the apartments (mine included). Really liked working with JJ and Alice (management) and enjoyed JJ's cute newsletters and social media posts. It was just my two dogs and me at VM, so we were always walking around the area and saying hi to the neighbors. Very pet friendly place. Some constructive feedback: they need to upgrade their HVAC as the AC was not very cold at all. Heat would also go out during very cold winter time. Utilities were included in my rent so that was nice. Never had to worry about it. I am concerned at the rate increases especially considering the elderly community on fixed incomes at VM. Hopefully that stabilizes. All told, a great year at Villa Medici and would def. refer friends and family there.

Toured recently with my aging mother. Staff were very helpful. The property manager knew so much about our situation and helped us plan better for the future. Beautiful property, extremely well maintained for how long it has been there. I would definitely recommend considering Villa Medici as a place to live.
