I moved into District Flats a couple months ago and it’s AMAZING! I love my unit, love all the amenities: the porch/balconies are perfect, love having secured free garage parking, the concrete build makes it very quiet (literally never hear anyone!) and everyone is soo friendly— Stacy is the best! Ever since I first came in to tour, she’s been like a friend; kind, helpful, and transparent of what District Flats could offer based on what I was looking for and wanted. I spent the last decade moving across and around the country for work, have lived at many apartment communities, and while it’s only been a couple months here, it’s by far my favorite! Being within Lenexa City Center with alllllll sorts to do just steps away gives city vibes, without the extra layers of living in a big city complexity!
