At a moment in my life when I had limited time to find a new home due to being busy with in my career and in between my busy schedule to look for a new place to call home. Casa De Fuentes was one of the places that I called for appointments to look at, and with the warm customer service and attentive, tenacious personality from Alyssa, really won me over the other apartments, as she really knew her property amenities, was prompt, knowledgeable, knew what I preferred, friendly and swift about the whole process from the call, appointment, showing the apartment, pointing out advantages, as well as Tiffany an awesome property manager, was always really courteous, prompt and know how to retain a new resident and making sure that the approval process was smooth, quick and everything was taking care of that they both made my move-in transition swiftly and like a charm, given the fact that I was new to Overland Park. Their whole team at the office, including their maintenance team, are all professionals, when I needed a repair they were there fast. Also, when my water heater needed to be looked at, they made sure they tested all possible options, and were able to get find a solution and get my apartment a brand new water heater replaced promptly at a time when it mattered the most, winter time. Casa De Fuentes was home for me for the 3 years I lived in Kansas since 2018. The community it’s convenient, close to a nice walking, jogging and bike trails that one can walk very nearby, shopping center for groceries, bank and restaurants and bar across the street, bus line, shops of essential necessities are all nearby right off 119th in which it came in very handy and convenient during the pandemic. The way they handled everything during that time was professional. My apartment had everything brand new inside and the apartments have been renovated in the outside, from details like paint, to the grass always moved, to new asphalt in the driveways of the apartments. I never had any issues there and it was a good experience overall. I want to thank again Tiffany & Alyssa, for being kind, prompt, professional, warm and have compassion in the ups and downs. Especially in times of a pandemic, when empathy and the smallest gestures and warm customer service both of you have was meaningful and meant a lot. I really appreciate you both, god bless, and good luck, keep up the great work. Thank you!

I have been here for 3 years, and will not hesitate to renew my lease in a couple of months. It is managed very well, and everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. I like that they communicate with residents about anything we need to know. Briana and Reagan are on top of everything! I have always felt safe, and enjoy my neighbors throughout the complex who I come upon often as I walk my dog several times a day. Great access to a beautiful multi mile walking trail along the creek is a bonus, and easy access to Hwy. 69 and 435 is handy. Highly recommended!
