It place is quiet and decent area with great access. The apartments are older yes but they are not falling apart or gross. I would give 10 stars but am only giving 5. Mainly because when I had a toilet replaced, I requested from Steve I wanted a platinum one with a cushy seat. I instead got a shiny nice white one.
