We welcome cats and dogs with a $300.00 pet fee, and an additional $30.00 a month in pet rent. Large pets are welcome; there are no weight restrictions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies and our pet-friendly amenities.

I have had a really nice experience living at Avenue 80 over the past 3 months. The apartment itself is wonderful and I love my patio overlooking the pool. I was worried the pool would be noisy from inside the apartment but I rarely hear anything! Even on busy, summer Saturdays. The amenities are amazing- it's what sold me. The gym is huge for an apartment complex and has everything you need plus some. There are days when I don't even leave the building because it has everything I need- work space, coffee shop, gym, pool, dog wash...the list goes on. Highly suggest living here!

I have been living at Avenue 80 since November and these apartments are fantastic. From the resort style pool, sauna, work out facility, top floor lounge, and updated appliances, this is a great place to live. The management has also always been really cool and I haven't had ANY maintenance issues. The location is also fantastic, right across the street from Downtown OP restaurants and bars.
