We lived at Kelly Park from March 2019 to July of 2023, during that time we transferred from a first floor to a third floor. All of Kelly Park’s floor plans are really well thought out and offer tons of kitchen cabinet space and storage. We personally loved the Donovan floor plan for the large kitchen and closet space. We looked a few times at other apartment complexes in the area and none of them could come close to the price / square feet you are getting at Kelly Park. Major Pros: •Shalyce, the property manager, took over and has been making this apartment easily one of the best in Overland Park. She truly goes above and beyond to understand what your needs are and then exceeds them. She’s a large reason we stayed at Kelly Park, she wants to make you feel comfortable in your home. She understands that even though you’re living in an apartment, it’s still your HOME - and she wants you to feel comfortable and happy. •the new Maintenance team has been on top of requests and usually can complete them within 24-48 hours after requesting them. •apartment property lighting, there are multiple lights in the parking lots, on the stairwells and on the exterior of each apartment door. It is really well lit and makes you feel completely safe, even if you’re getting home late. Overall, if you’re on the fence for this apartment, I greatly recommend it. There is usually a waitlist, so I recommend getting on the list for the apartment floor plan you love the most

My time at Kelly Park this past year has been excellent! I truly felt at home here. Allison in the front office was a huge help throughout the past year - she always answered my questions, and her understanding when it came to helping me figure out a tricky roommate situation halfway through my lease was comforting to say the least. I can’t emphasize my appreciation enough. I felt like I could rely on her and the rest of the staff if I needed anything. I’ll definitely miss living here!
