It's refreshing to find an office staff that is so kind and accommodating. They are great to work with and they made the move-in process seamless. The apartments are clean with many state of the art updates. My friends and family that have come by all agree this is a great place to live as everything you need is basically within walking distance. Highly Recommend...

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and team at Carson Street Towers, and the pride they take in keeping this a clean, safe and beautiful environment to live in. Nick with maintenance has bent over backwards to accommodate my maintenance needs at all hours - even when he’s off work and on holidays! He is a “one of a kind,” truly considerate and caring staff member who constantly ensures the comfort and safety of the residents. I cannot say enough positive things about Nick, and how much I appreciate his willingness to attend promptly to my maintenance concerns and requests. Jenelle, who manages the building, has by far excelled in turning the facility into a beautiful and well maintained place to call home. She is always available to address any issues or complaints as soon as they arise, and makes sure residents are promptly notified of any relevant building issues/updates. The facility has truly been transformed under Jenelle - the new pool, mail room, work space, lounge, rec room and gym have all been beautifully designed and completed under her supervision. Her presence and input into all the property upgrades deserve the highest of accolades! I love living at Carson street towers, in part due to the wonderful staff members like Nick and Jenelle who work so hard to make sure this is a great place to call home. Thanks to the team here for all they do!!
