I lived here seven years (my first apartment in Seattle as a newly independent 20-something), and then bought a condo in Eastlake. The BEST part of this building is Janelle and I was absolutely thrilled she was still here. Best building manager EVER. She really cares, makes the building and every unit feel like home with her hard work and special touch, is super on top of everything, brings positive energy, and is amazing at making the Stockbridge the classic gem that it is! I also adore Paulo the maintenance man, who’s very speedy and equally delightful. When I saw them both greet me in the lobby my first day back I truly felt home. I’m a Stockbridge lifer as long as they’re here.

I needed a repaired on our deck and he took care of it within an hour. The lock to the garbage area was broken and he fixed it super quick.
