American Staffordshire Terrier or Staffordshire Bull Terrier), American Bull Dog, Tosa Inus, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Wolf Hybrids, and all mixes of these breeds, or any dog over fifty (50) pounds. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. When a pet is acquired, a non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit and a monthly charge are required. This centrally located apartment is on the border of Mission Dolores and Duboce Triangle, close to Valencia Street and the Castro district, with easy access to BART, Muni, and tech shuttles. The Linea building was designed by world-renowned architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia and features walls of glass framed by bold geometric pillars. The elegant, expansive attended lobby is finished with porcelain tile floors, natural white-oak wood panels, and Italian marble highlights. An interior courtyard with lush plantings and greenery creates a serene interior view. The Linea Terrace has multiple areas for entertaining and enjoying the San Francisco views. PG&E is paid to $145.00. The tenant is responsible for any amount over $145.00 per month. Pets with a history of biting are not permitted. You assume full responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused by the pet, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the property harmless against any loss, or liability of any kind or character whatsoever resulting from the privilege of having a pet on the premises. You are responsible for the action of your pet at all times. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents, the property associates, or other individuals while on the premises, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately. Pets must be restrained whenever a maintenance service call is requested. The pet must be taken to the outside of the premises for their toilet purposes, and you must clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in common areas except to enter or exit the building. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit. Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the apartment. Residents living in upstairs apartments with a balcony must not leave the pet on the balcony for extended lengths of time. Patios should be kept clean of any pet waste. If the barking of a Tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then Tenant and Owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance.
