Good location, but very old building with lots of problems need to be fixed. I moved here in Aug. In the past four months, I pretty much needed maintenance service very month. And the property management company they hired is horrible. Not responsive and not flexible. Please work a bit harder to improve the service and make it a bit more enjoyable for the tenants. Thank you!

The apartment is nice BUT forget peace and quiet. We ignored a review complaining about noise for this apartment and now we are regretting it. The walls of the building are so thin that you can hear the footsteps, conversations and every move of your neighbours due to the poor construction of the building. There are dumpsters that come 3-4 nights a week from 3-4am for 20-30 min. Even worse, we got unlucky with really loud neighbours and management is doing nothing about this and we are stuck here. I have not gotten a good night sleep since I have moved in here. Hope this review helps.
