The maintenance guy, Jorge, is an absolute delight! He’s always quick to respond to work orders and has excellent follow through. Charbern pricing is also extremely fair for what you get in this part of town, as the team here works very hard to provide a nice community.

I love living here!! The building is so charming and well maintained.
