I have lived here for over 6 months now and am amazed by how courteous the staff are! They will always bend over backwards for us; the assistant manager Erin is responsive, attentive, and always friendly when we see her. We love having access to the waterpark down the street, and its indoors so we can hot tub in the winter! We also love how open concept the apartment is, it makes it so easy to entertain and relax. We have great views for an even better price, and more space than we know what to do with! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable spot downtown!

The property is kept up well and the apartments are nice for a good price. Lots of nice amenities and the people in the office were very nice to me. Special shout-out to Lisa, one of the leasing agents. In the time that I spent with her I feel like I made a friend. I look forward to living there. Update: in the four months that I've lived here I have learned that if you request something to be done it doesn't get done very quickly. They have railings by most of the stairs going up to the buildings. The one that goes up to my building must have broken at one point and they never replaced it. When I asked them if they would put one up there since in the midwest we get snow and ice in the winter and people could fall and get injured they they told me that I could put it up at my own expense and are refusing to do it. They also run their sprinkler system during the day when people are coming and going which makes it impossible to get to your door without getting soaked. People that used to be nice to me and say hello to me when I went into the office now look at me differently and they're not friendly anymore. also, if you have a handicapped this is not the place that you want to consider because there is absolutely nothing setup for handicapped people except some handicap signs around. Pretty sure that any public buildings are required to have some handicapped parking spots. It's sad but I no longer recommend this place.
