I know there are some pretty negative reviews about the complex but i have lived there for just about 4 years and have only just left the complex! The only reason I left was because i wanted to be closer to my family and the city prices for everything was killing me!! I lived in two different building within the complex! 1 complex i was in for 3 years and only left because my roommate and i went separate ways! Then I moved into a one bedroom last December when the lease was up for the 2 bedroom! Anytime I had any issues with my apartments they were very fast to respond and if for some reason no one stopped the day they said they would, which only happened once, it was for a very valid reason and someone was in the next day as soon as they could! Maintenance was always very kind, helpful, fast, and clean about their jobs! Being alone in an apartment as a female when maintenance is going on can be scary but the guy I always had come in was literally the sweetest and was even kind enough to explain to me in words i could understand the issues he found and how he would fix it! Never once talking to me like a stupid girl which i very much appreciate!! As for management I have never ever had a rude interaction or experience with anyone who has ever worked within the office!! At one point i worked until 6 at night and wanted to be use the gym in the club house which closes at 9! I also don’t enjoy working out when people can watch so I sent an email explaining my work hours and anxiety about working out around others and they were kind enough to extend the time my key worked on the door so i could come later than 9! It was something they didn’t have to do in anyway but they did and it shows the level they care! Even when giving them my notice to leave they were very sweet and helpful in making my move out as smooth as possible! I have two ESA pets that were never an issue with the complex, i’ve never had to fight them or show extensive proof, they simply wanted the doctors letter! I know ESA’s can’t be turned away but i’ve had two friends still have issue with their complex trying to fight them and get pet fees! I have always recommended these apartments to any of my friends who look for apartments and will continue to! In the 4 years I lived in omaha every friend or coworker I had who lived at other complexes had issues constantly with their apartments and I can genuinely say I hardly had any issues ever and if I did they were so quick to help fix it! I never had neighbor issues and everyone around me was either very sweet or kept to themselves which was lovely! The new team the came in with Burlington is truly amazing and Caroline has been the sweetest addition! I truly loved my time there and loved my complex!

I have been a resident here for 9 years and have had an amazing experience. Property management staff has changed several times over the years, but the current management staff is outstanding. Sue, in the office, is quick to address issues within the community and she will go out of her way to work with you when situations arise. Maintenance department is awesome. Rob has always provided prompt and professional service. Making sure that my maintenance concerns and requests were handled correctly the first time around. It's nice to live in an apartment community where the staff truly cares about the residents. Plan to stay here for many more years!
