Parking is easy, monthly processing of rent and utilities is automated (set and forget), interactions with maintenance are simple and reliable, and the events that staff puts on are very fun for a wide range of people. Well maintained common areas, package room is convenient. Pools are beautiful and well maintained. Lots of walking paths around the complex, this complex is between a commercial and residential area so you get the best of both worlds. Looking forward to being here for as long as we can.
