I live here from Sept.2020 to Sept.2022. The people in the office were great and very helpful when you had any questions. Maintenance people were always very helpful when you had any questions or concerns. Your Maintenance guy Mark was awesome and always did a great job fixing things. People who lived at Rockledge were so kind and friendly always would say hello. I truly miss living there and all the great people I met. If I ever move back to Lincoln this would be the number one place I would live at.
I’ve lived at Rockledge Oaks almost two years now, and I’ve really loved it! The apartments (at least mine) have a ton of windows and natural light. There is ample storage, lots of closets, cabinets, etc. Also, the valet trash is so nice - love not having to take my trash outside myself. If maintenance is needed, they usually come in within the next 2 days.
Rockledge Oaks is a community in Southeast Lincoln. It is well-maintained property-wise and centrally located to malls, shopping centers, coffee shops and MoMos (my favorite restaurant)~! But what's really special about Rockledge Oaks is its staff~! From the office folks to the maintenance crew, all are really attentive to resident requests and respond timely and promptly in terms of any maintenance issues. Besides its stately Red Brick appearance, the well kept grounds, and individual garages, some with large storage spaces, let's talk about the units. Crown molding, ceiling fans, beautiful fireplace and mantle, textured grey walls throughout, as well as ceiling flood lighting, one has a full service kitchen with disposal, range, microwave, dishwasher and double door refrigerator with ice maker and double sink. The bathroom has a linen closet and plenty of counter room with stylish appointment.
Closet-wise, balconies have an outdoor closet which is quite adequate for those seasonal items. In-unit closets are ample with coat closet, and walk-in bedroom closet. In addition, there's a second closet as well. The carpet and vinyl laminate floors add those finishing touches. I consider my unit as my "apartment home" as it has all the comforts of home without any of the headaches. Modern gym equipment is available and the pool and surrounds are quite clean. Rentals are affordable in my view. Considering a rental unit? Look no further than Rockledge Oaks~! It's "good to be home"~!! Happy Holidays to all~!!!!

I am very happy with my 1 bedroom apartment. It feels spacious, has plenty of nice windows to let in the light, is very clean and well-kept, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They got me just the type of apartment I was looking for and the moving in process went smoothly. My neighbors are friendly as well. I feel very safe and it is nice and quiet. I was worried moving from a 3 bedroom house, but I couldn't be happier now. I can't wait to use the pool in the summer.
I recently moved in, the staff and maintenance have been very helpful. The people who live here that I have met are a friendly group of neighbors. As for the apartment and grounds here @ Rockledge it is kept up very nicely, my apartment has a modern day look like you would have in a house you own. This is a place I am proud to call home and if I am someone who is looking for an apartment complex to be proud to live in, I would stop and visit with the Rockledge Oaks staff and start enjoying the life here @ Rockledge, you won't regret it. Come home to quiet luxury living on 84th and Van Dorn!
I moved into Rockledge early 2014 and this has been one of the best places I have ever lived. The office staff is always quick to answer our emails or to fix any issues we might have. The maintenance team has always done a great job fixing or replacing things! The pool is always clean, the community parties are always a good time, and the other residents are very courteous and friendly. We will be sad to move out at the end of our lease to get a house!

Have greatly enjoyed living here the past two years. I consider Rockledge to be a tiny town inside Lincoln, and Deb in the main office is the mayor of our town. She’s a good mayor, and I would vote for her if it was an elected position.
The maintenance guys are cool, it’s a small crew so you get to know them. They respond quick even late at night.
No place is perfect, but things mostly went really well for the past two years. There’s always enough parking, and the soundproofing is good because we really didn’t hear our neighbors much at all. Everyone’s respectful, some like to chat and others keep to themselves, I don’t know, it’s real life haha I’m just reviewing what life is.
Our trash can has a QR code on it, so you can connect your trash to an app, that’s kind of weird, but it’s okay.
You should live here if you want!
I lived in these apartments from 2020-2023 and had nothing but a positive experience here. I loved my apartment, they always came right away for maintenance for small things. There was also a horrible flood caused by my downstairs neighbors turning off their heat when they left for winter break when it got to -40 windchill and (surprise), our pipes froze - so when I was leaving to go to the gym, I discovered the layer of water on the first floor and the LITERAL waterfall coming out of the 2nd floor below me, I called emergency maintenance and told them how bad it was and 2 of them were there within 45 minutes ON CHRISTMAS EVE. The steps they took saved valuables from the lady on the first floor because they handled it so well and took care of her. My only qualm with that is for Xmas Eve / Day, I was not able to use my water, flush my toilets, etc and they should have put me up in a hotel or a unit with working water.
The grounds and pool were also well maintained except the hot tub was never working for 90% of the 3 years I was there tbh. I never cared to use it so it personally didn’t bother me, but it was always kinda gross the state it was in tbh.
The office was nice and helpful every time I went in, always answered phones and were kind. Once I did get an email asking me to drop off my key because “they didn’t have a spare and maintenance needed to get in.” This was after I’d lived here for 1.5 years, so I went in and asked why now, they said it seems the other one was misplaced, and I said “then that means you change my locks today because that’s a safety concern to me”. So although that was frustrating I had to express what seemed obvious to me there, they did fix it THAT day for me which I really appreciated.
So overall I recommend this place for sure. It had its hiccups in the 3 years I was there but when I expressed concerns they were ALWAYS handled kindly and efficiently. I always felt supported and taken care of for my concerns.
I decided to come back to write this because my current experience at my new complex is making me miss this place so much honestly. I’m having a horrible experience with my current management and wish I was still with the Rockledge Oaks management every day.
