I have lived here for almost 3 years and I love it. The apartments are well taken care of and are tucked away in a quiet cozy neighborhood close to everything I need. The staff and maintenance crew are always very nice, helpful and efficient. A really great find in Lincoln!

Over the years, this is the best place we could have lived. Quiet and laid back, but close enough to O Street to be near the action. The apartments are really nice, very affordable, and they care. If you have a problem, I've never had to wait longer than a few hours for a fix. There's a tennis court, playground, and walking trail. A lot of shade and trees, and a family of foxes to spot in the early mornings and late evenings if you're lucky. There's wood-burning fireplaces, so s'mores in the winter! It's a great place to live.
