Everyone in the office is GREAT! The maintenance staff are prompt as any "issues" have been resolved quickly and without complaint. After having "owned" my home for 17 years, I have been completely pleased with my new renting experience so far. I am looking forward to the next phase of my home-life living. Thank you!!

Everything at LionsGate has been great. I have lived here for almost a year and have had no issues with the leasing office or corporate office. They explained any charges I had. I forgot to put the gas company in my name so when I received a charge I was told why and immediately changed it. They did explain it to me the day I signed my lease but I didn't do it right away so it was completely my fault. The leasing staff knows you by name and is anxiously waiting to greet you at the door. They sometimes even have a package waiting for me if they know I have one. It's pretty simple, folks. Communication is key. If something is wrong go and talk to someone in the leasing office. When I put in a work order online they are there that day or the next depending if the office is closed. They even have an on-call person to come and fix emergency issues. I had a leak in the ceiling and that night they had someone come and fix it. The maintenance team is great and very responsive. There was even an issue that the General and Regional manager called to make sure everything was fine!! Very compassionate people. I also saw how some individuals were not happy about pests (birds, bugs, etc). Keep your place clean and usually the bugs stay away. They can't control birds outside... So not sure how one would fix that. These buildings are over 20 years old. Do you think a 20 year old house wouldn't have a few bugs? I feel I pay a great price for the two bedroom apartment I live in. I LOVE the fact that for a little extra a month I get access to their gym in the clubhouse AND 70 channels of cable. Saving so much money that way. I pay my bills on time and keep my apartment clean. The lease you sign has everything you need to know about any late charges. If you don't pay rent you will be charged. I guess I do not understand how someone can get upset about getting charged for a late fee 10 days after rent is due... Thank you LionsGate! You have a loyal resident!
